2. PRICES AND STOCK
All prices quoted are incl. VAT and in Danish kroner or Euro. Prices are daily prices and are subject to change without notice.
Reservations are made for printing and typing errors, price errors, assortment changes and for sold and discontinued goods.
Leather by beth has the country's most innovative selection of specially designed leather products. This involves a risk that an item ordered from Leather by beth may have been sold out before we receive your order. However, we always do our utmost to process all orders as quickly as possible, to re-order the most requested items and to offer a similar item, if the ordered item cannot be obtained promptly.
At Leather by beth.dk you can order goods through our website. Agreements can be entered into Danish or English and paid with then / Kr. or Euro.
No binding purchase agreement has been made with Leather by beth until you have received an order confirmation from us and payment for the item has been received. We do not store the order confirmation itself after it has been sent to the customer.
How to make the purchase:
1. Find the items you want to buy and put them in the basket one by one. Touch the "basket" at the top center of the page.
2. Read and accept our terms of trade, if you can accept them.
3. Enter your personal information so we can complete billing & delivery.
4. Check that all your information is correct, then confirm your purchase.
5. Select the form of delivery and enter your credit card details and press "Authenticate".
If you wish to cancel or cancel an order that has already been placed, it should, as a rule, be done by sending an e-mail with the subject "Cancellation" to our e-mail: email@example.com which must always show the order time and order number. Leather by beth designs special products that often bear the customer's logo or name. Therefore, a cancellation is only possible if this process is not completed.
Have you received an order confirmation per email, this can be returned to the sender with the text "Cancel!" inserted in the subject field. Cancellation should be done as soon as possible so as not to risk the product being engraved or the order already shipped. The cancellation can only be considered completed when you receive an email confirmation from Leather by beth. Items returned without prior agreement and acceptance by Leather by beth will not be accepted.

We offer 3D Secure for our customers
3D Secure is a collective term for the security standards Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode with are developed by Visa and MasterCard. When 3D Secure is used, an extra security measure is added to the payment process. After the customer has entered her credit card details, she will receive a one-time password on sms, which she has to enter to complete the purchase. You can see how the password might look in image 1 below. 3D Secure only applies to international payment cards and cannot be used with Dankort payments. Payable by debit card, you are always insured against abuse. You have the option to decline a payment when you receive your payment statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This way you are better insured than in the physical stores, where you have a deductible of DKK 1200, when your credit card is misused using the PIN code. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by debit card is encrypted (SSL) and thus only PBS Payment service can read them. Neither Leather by beth nor others have access or read the information.
The amount will be deducted from your account on the same day the item is shipped or provided with the desired engraving. A greater amount can never be deducted than what you approved for the purchase. You can, in agreement with Leather by beth, prepay with account-to-account payment. You can always pay by debit card as this form of payment gives you the best consumer rights. Your bank can refund your payment if:
- you did not receive the item.
- you have been abused by your card information.
- you have regretted the purchase before you received the item at eg. refusing to receive it or failing to pick it up at the post office.
(Purchase of items engraved with the customer's logo or name cannot be undone or denied receipt).
The delivery time is usually 1-2 business days from we received your order until you receive it by courier service. However, if the products shall be engraved, it depends on the day, your order is received. Our products get engraved each Tuesday and will be send the next day - so delivery time will be between 3-8 days.
You can choose whether you want to send the package to your place of residence or to your workplace. If you need to give the package as a gift, we can send the package directly to the recipient while the invoice is sent to you. Remember to save the invoice as it is the proof of complaint.
COLLECTION ON US
You can always choose to pick up your goods at our business address if this has already been agreed upon.
Leather by beth has changing opening hours (applies to both office, showroom and warehouse).
7. SHIPPING COSTS
All orders are shipped as packages, as it secures the product as best as possible during shipment and makes it easier to track them should any problems arise during shipment.
Orders come with courier service and you have the following options.
Delivery to private address costs 95, -
Get the package delivered directly to your place of residence. If you are not at home, you can arrange delivery with the neighbor or give written permission for the goods to be placed. In case the item needs to be placed, please note that Leather by beth disclaims any responsibility for any theft or damage.
Delivery to business address costs 85, -
Get the package delivered directly to your workplace and take it home.
We deliver packages of couriers. Rates vary from country to country. The minimum price is 155,-

8. TREATY RIGHT
For leather products that do not have to be engraved with logo or name, 14 days right of withdrawal always apply when you shop at Leather by beth. The right of withdrawal starts on the day you received your item. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The message must be given by mail, telephone or the like. In your notice, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that want to be engraved with logo or name.
HOW TO RETURN ITEM:
If you regret your purchase you MUST contact Leather by beth. Rejecting the receipt of your package is not enough. Your order must then, without undue delay, and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, be sent to:

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. You bear the risk of the goods from the delivery of the goods and upon return you are responsible for the goods being properly wrapped. Leather by beth recommends that the item be returned via Post Denmark or courier and that the item is sent as a parcel post. This way, it is possible to trace the package in Post Danmark's system and thus removes any doubt as to whether the item has been delivered to Leather by beth. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to request the parcel if delivery has not taken place.
Note - We do not receive parcels without prior agreement or have been sent by COD. Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for the shipment.
GOODS WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. Therefore, in order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item but do not use it for real use. In addition, all brands and other parts of shipment must remain in the package or item.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT:
If you regret your purchase and it is not an item that was engraved, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
It is only by canceling the entire order that you will be reimbursed for the delivery costs. By partially canceling an order, you as a customer are not entitled to reimbursement of delivery costs.
9. LAW OF CLAIM
When you shop at Leather by beth.dk you have, of course, 2 years of right of claim from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated in the product description. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or discounted, depending on the actual situation. This, of course, requires that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
Leather by beth always wants satisfied customers and we will do our utmost to find the perfect solution for you. It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you discover the defect in the item. When you want to advertise a product, it must be sent to:

The item must be sent together with a precise description of where and what the error is and possibly how it occurred. Note - We do not receive parcels sent by mail. claims or similar and only by prior arrangement. Always remember to return the item in proper packaging and get a receipt for shipment. If you have sent an item for a complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the e-mail you will receive information on the further process of processing your complaint.
10. COMPLAINT INFORMATION
A complaint about a product or service purchased from us can be filed with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.forbrug.dk
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country. 11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you shop at Leather by beth you must at least provide your name, address, telephone number and e-mail. This information is necessary for us to complete your order, your delivery and provide the best possible service. All registered information is processed in accordance with the rules of the 'Personal Data Act'. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to any third party. As a registered person, you always have the option of access to documents, and you can object to a registration in accordance with the rules in the Personal Data Act. If you want your data deleted, please contact our customer service.
All information you transmit to Leather by beth is received unencrypted while the e-commerce itself is encrypted symmetrically with a 128 bit strong encryption. Leather by beth is the data controller and our database servers are securely locked in, technically secured and otherwise protected via the most advanced encryption.
Leather by beth keeps registered information for 5 years as prescribed in the Accounting Act in addition to the accounting year, after which it is automatically deleted.
At Leather by beth.dk, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, thus making the visit and the buying process as easy and clear as possible for you as a customer. You can delete cookies from your computer at any time. How you do it depends on your computer's browser. This can typically be done in your browser's Internet settings. Our server records all traffic without registering personal information. 12. DATA COLLECTION FOR STATISTICS
To further develop and improve our webshop, we keep statistics on how users use it. The statistics are used only in summarized form, e.g. to see which pages are visited the most and which browsers are used.
